Welcome to 83bd9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 83bd9 platform and all its services. When you access this platform, open an account, or use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

83bd9 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between 83bd9 and each user ("you", "member").

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on 83bd9. We may request identity verification at any time for age confirmation. Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination, and any unpaid winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended or terminated and all balances may be forfeited. Accounts operated from the same device or IP address may be treated as multiple accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination. If any information needs to be updated, please contact the support team.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify support immediately.
• 83bd9 staff will never ask for your password.

83bd9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a failure of our security systems.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

83bd9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (all methods)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal Time: Typically 10–45 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

83bd9 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same. Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If an incorrect amount is credited or winnings are paid out due to a technical error, 83bd9 reserves the right to reclaim those funds. The member concerned will be notified as soon as possible in such situations.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 83bd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same household is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

83bd9 has four VIP levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Eligibility to advance to a higher level depends on active participation and activity. 83bd9 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless 83bd9 itself acknowledges an error. It is the member's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.

6.2 Result Verification

Winnings will be credited to the account after the result of any event or game has been verified. If a result is delayed due to a technical issue, it will be processed once the result is available.

6.3 System Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or hardware error, 83bd9 reserves the right to correct the account in line with the accurate result. In such situations, bets placed based on the erroneous result may be considered void.

6.4 Sports Betting

If an event in a sports market is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the original stake refunded. Football market bets will be considered void if at least 90% of the match is not played. In the case of cricket, bets may be cancelled if specific over or run conditions are not met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Betting using insider information.
• Participating in match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.

8.1 83bd9's Rights

83bd9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without stating a reason. However, this action is typically taken for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your own account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balance will be provided before the account is closed. If active bonus wagering requirements exist, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. The member will be notified in advance regarding the inactivity period and the applicable fee.

In any situation, 83bd9's maximum liability will be equal to the total amount deposited by the relevant member in the past 30 days.

83bd9 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of important changes via email or through a notice on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.
